Regarding product image displays, King of Software, Inc. makes a concerted effort to ensure image accuracy, but changes and errors may occur. Always rely on product information such as title, price, and description to verify that you are ordering the correct product.

Shipping

King of Software, Inc. prides itself on its shipping and its speedy service. However, shipping times are estimates that are largely influenced by our third-party carrier, FedEx, and may vary in extenuating circumstances. King of Software, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping delays and cannot guarantee the arrival time of any package.

Product Package Types

Product package types are expressly listed for each product, with a link to the package description. By placing an order, you agree that you have read the Package Type description of the product(s) and that you understand the nature of the product you are ordering.  Full Retail Version would be shipped with Manufacture Box or Manufacture DVD Case.

By ordering an OEM product, you understand that, although it is a full version of the product, it includes only the CD-ROM, the Certificate of Authenticity and the product key codes. Being intended for system builders, OEM software does not include a box, a comprehensive manual, a warranty or technical support from the manufacturer or King of Software, Inc.

Technical Support

King of Software, Inc. makes a considerate effort to assist customers with any minor technical support issues. However, King of Software, Inc. is not responsible for any technical support for the products sold on our website.  King of Software, Inc. is in no way responsible for installation or use of the product(s) you purchase and by making a purchase, you agree that you are the responsible party for such actions. If you are unsure how to use or install a software or hardware product, you should hire a specialist, as King of Software, Inc. is not responsible for any damages caused by products purchased on our website.

Warranties

You understand that all of the products sold on the King of Software, Inc. site are under warranty provided by the manufacturer, with the exception of OEM products, which do not include any form of warranty.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order and receiving an electronic order confirmation does not bind order acceptance by King of Software, Inc. King of Software, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or limit the order quantity on any order--any time after the order was placed. King of Software, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to do business with any customer.

VAT

Returns

If you have received software from us that you now wish to return, we must be contacted by phone/email within 7 working days after the day on which the goods are received. Your return will be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and then you will receive an email explaining our return procedure in full. If your return authorization is granted, you will receive your refund within 14 days from the receipt of the software back to us. Any software that is returned to us without a valid RMA will not be accepted and returned back to the sender.

Limitation of Liability

King of Software, Inc. makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold through King of Software, Inc. King of Software, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on our website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to King of Software, Inc. arising from any product sold on the website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall King of Software, Inc, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential or punitive damages related to product sold.

Disputes

You agree that any disputes shall be expressed to King of Software, Inc. before action is taken. You agree not to dispute or charge-back your credit card without first informing King of Software, Inc. of your intent to do so. Charge-backs that do not follow this strict policy will be subject to a £50.00 incident fee.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action brought against King of Software, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your access of, use of, or orders made on the King of Software, Inc. site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Cook County, IL.
